General Information

Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) education association of students preparing for careers in business and business-related fields. The Association has four divisions:

  • FBLA for high school students
  • FBLA Middle Level for junior high, middle and intermediate school students
  • PBL for post-secondary students; and
  • The Professional Alumni Division for business people, educators, and parents, who support the goals of the Association.

The FBLA-PBL Mission is to bring business and education together in a positive working relationship through innovative leadership and career development programs.

Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA)

FBLA is the largest and oldest student organization in the world. A quarter of a million high school and middle school students, college and university students, faculty, educators, administrators, and business professionals have chosen to be members of the premier business education association preparing students for careers in business. As a student in the business department, you are eligible to join FBLA. We help develop leadership and provide community service opportunities for students at school and in the local community. If you are interested in joining this prestigious organization, please speak with your business teacher. Annual membership for the 2020-21 school year is only $10. Dues can be paid in person at the Main Office of the school or by mailing a check to the attention of the school bookkeeper. Please make checks payable to "C.D. Hylton High School" and write FBLA membership in the "for" line on your check.
