    All Prince William County Public Schools and Offices will be closed Code Red

    • All PWCS buildings are closed
    • All school activities (day and evening) are cancelled including field trips, team practices, club meetings, interscholastic contests, and athletic contests
    • Students may use the day optionally to catch-up or voluntarily work on assignments already assigned.

    All Prince William County Public Schools are operating on Code Orange

    • Asynchronous Learning Day for students and remote work for non-essential employees
    • Students should use the day to work asynchronously on assignments related to curriculum previously taught.
    • All in-person school activities (day and evening) are canceled including field trips, team practices, club meetings, interscholastic contests, and athletic contests
    • Remote (virtual) activities may occur
    • Teachers will hold live office hours via Zoom

    Every department will have a designated 45-minute office hour period.  The office hours are as follows:

     *The admin team, director of school counseling, and director of student activities will be available via email from 7 am – 4:00 pm.

    ** School Counselors will be available from 7:15 am - 2:15 pm
