About Your Teachers:
Mrs. Seguin- I am looking forward to my third year with Head Start, and my second year at Hylton High School. I have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. I enjoy being with young children, especially singing with them and acting out stories such as Caps For Sale and The Three Billy Goats Gruff. I am married and have 3 girls of my own, ages 7, 14 and 17. A couple of things I like to do in my spare time are feed the wild birds in the area and go thrift shopping with my girls.
Mrs. Laureano- In 2010 I went back into the work force as a substitute for PWCS. I subbed for Head Start and loved it. I started working for Head Start in late 2010. I received an Early Education certificate from NOVA and earned my highly qualified certificate for PWCS. I am excited about all the new things our Head Start family will be learning and all of the life lessons they will take with them into their future.
