General Club Information
The C.D. Hylton Senior High School Student Council Association serves as the linkage institution between the faculty and administration of the school and the opinions and needs of the student body. The student government here at Hylton models as a democratic forum for students and faculty to come together and promote leadership, spirit, and a greater sense of responsibility to the school, community, and especially fellow students.

The SCA is composed of four classes: Senior, Junior, Sophomore, and Freshman Class under the leadership of the SCA Executive Board.
