Tryout Information:

What You Need Before Tryouts:

-Current Physical on file. The VHSL Physical Form can be found at the bottom of the page in files. Make sure your physician has signed all the pages before submitting it to the Hylton Athletic Trainer (Dr. Holland).

-Online Concussion Training, also submitted to Dr. Holland (If you already played a Fall or Winter Sport these requirements should already be completed). site://www/academics___programs/student_activities/concussion_information


Equipment Needed:

-Solid Colored Mouth Guard (can NOT be Clear, White or have a Design)

-Lacrosse Stick (we have a few loaner sticks)

-Cleats and/or Tennis Shoes (ALWAYS have Tennis Shoes) (Cleats are not mandatory, but encouraged)

-Goggles/Helmet (New players can borrow goggles, DO NOT BUY GOGGLES)

-Water Bottle (Label Your Bottle)

-Clothes for BOTH Indoors and Outdoors


In Season Information:

 Try-Out Dates:  February 20-22, 2024 - 2:30 - 4:00 PM in the Gym

Away Game Transportation:

- Parents/guardians if you would like your child to ride home with you from an away game you must email our Director of Student Activities, Mr. Colangelo in advance for documentation that they will not be riding on the bus ([email protected]). Please also CC Coach Kilgore ([email protected]) in the email.
