Requirements for Tryouts: (Bring equipment every day and DO NOT SHARE)

• Must have physical (The physical must be dated after May 1st of the current school year)
• Must have concussion training complete (see below for further information)
• Must have cleats
• Must have running shoes
• Must have shin guards
• Bring warm clothes
• Bring Water
  

Grades:

• Semester 1 Grades are used for eligibility for spring sports.
• Must have at least 5 Passing grades.... of those 5 grades...2 must be a "C" or higher

Physicals

Before trying out for a sport for 2023-24, you must have a VHSL physical form, dated after May 1, 2023, on file at the school. You can find the form here  https://www.vhsl.org/vhsl-physical-form/  Drop off the completed paperwork for pre-check-in on February 17th, 2:30-5:00 PM. - Attention Dr. Holland.
